Trump is an idiot and he has plenty of ways to fuck up his own plans. However, it’s obvious that the US has Europe bent over a barrel at this point. Europe is entirely dependent on the US economically and militarily at this point. The US holds all the cards in this relationship and that means Europeans will simply have to accept the punishment.
