    I thought that already happened? Maybe that was arrest and I haven’t watched enough procedural dramas?

    UK vs Romania maybe?

      Not that I follow very closely but yeah I believe the original arrest was in Romania. Big cases like this can take years to resolve. Not sure how extradition laws would apply here.
