www.dw.comThe UN envoy for the Middle East says that Palestinians living in Gaza have lost hope. Meanwhile, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced the death of Mohammed Sinwar, a senior Hamas leader.
The deserve to be recognized as a state, and an army and nuclear weapons!
Yes to the first two no to the last, the world doesn’t need more nuclear weapons.
The world needs a lot fewer nuclear weapons, preferably zero, to be sure. But nobody seems particularly keen on giving them up, and if Israel has them Palestine - even if it becomes a state - will always live in the shadow of Israel’s military power.
Well adding more to the mix won’t make geopolitics any better.
