TL:DR the countries who voted against did so to prevent Russia from using this vote as a justification for their invasion of Ukraine. Indeed they used the pretense of “removing Nazis” for their invasion.
This doesn’t explain why the West has repeatedly voted against it for over a decade.
I bet that form is basically a declaration of allegiance to the entity and states that the zionists are pure innocent angels who’ve never done anything wrong and that every Palestinian is a ultra mega Nazi.
Also, just the phrasing of being forced to sign a “”““voluntary””“” departure form or face indefinite brutal imprisonment after being kidnapped in international waters is so insane.
