Might happen at the end of month for me. We go grocery shopping with a car at the beginning of the month, but 31 days are longer than my freezer is big and a backpack can only hold so much. So I respectfully ask Putin not to attack on the 29th.

Smash with long stick
That’s still a lot since those satellites aren’t geostationary. To guarantee a stable, permanent connection in all of Ukraine and the adjacent Sea I’d assume you might need up to 3 of those bands of satellites. Now, fortunately, Ukraine doesn’t necessarily require a lot of bandwidth. It just has to be a reliable few mbps that can be easily set up everywhere.
And that’s just one of the constellations…
Germany currently actively encourages skilled workers to come to the country, so definitely yes. You might want to stick either to western German states or at least big cities though. The eastern countryside got a problem with xenophobia.

Doesn’t make a lot of sense though, she’s in control right now and under her a lot has been done.
Don’t get me wrong, I think she’s doing a huge amount of garbage. But it’s not like she’s incompetent.

“Now”? Apps like Signals are constantly under fire. Whitaker already told the whole EU it would just leave if they introduced the “chat control” legislation.
It’s being held up artificially right now through unsustainable means. The Russian economy is massively under pressure pushing it towards a downwards spiral and got problems sourcing material, which is what those sanctions intended.
