Many oled models have serious audio issues. Speakers and bt audio work fine, but the 3.5 mm jack is noisy. If this happens, you open a ticket right away, send it back and they will replace sound board for you. I got mine done. It’s better, but not perfect.
Same! Just started Judgement on the Deck. Continuing Persona 3 Re and Logiart Grimoire. Also got back into Diablo 4, but enjoy that on big PC more (neither sharp 40fps nor fsr blurry 60fps quite hit the spot on Deck)

All feel like they’ve been made for deck. Great games, too.
I just got an OLED and had to RMA it after 1 day due to audio jack being completely messed up. Crackling, interference, static.
Some research online shows it is a very widespread issue and they continue selling broken items, since only a percentage of users use 3.5mm audio interface and only a percentage of these will bother to return the item.
Maybe the refurbished ones will be fixed in process.
It’s perfect. My only gripe is sometimes it reads analogue joystick input as double move - but then you can just use pad or tweak the steam input profile.
Performance-wise it feels like a game made for deck

All this assumes the top selling list is automatically generated based on sales data and not human-curated like most “top/trending” lists on many platforms.
The “fixed” board is still noisy, but the volume goes quiet very quickly if no sound is being reproduced. You still hear crackling but at least it falls off instead of always persisting.
I am no engineer, but I suspect the audio is not shielded enough. Perhaps oled uses more current than led? I noticed the noise corresponds to the amount of motion on the screen.
