Oh, she certainly knows how to use publicity. No doubt about that. Also, I totally approve of using the tools at your disposal. If you’re an activist, and the media is interested in you, using that opportunity is perfectly fine be me.

But did she turn a single viral moment into a career? I would argue that publicity itself doesn’t seem to be her career, whereas activism clearly is the main thing. The way I see it, publicity is a tool she uses to enhance her activism.

BTW that Twitter bio thing was brilliant.

I have a feeling that she would have ended up being an activist with or without any viral moments. Sure, that sort of thing helps, but she doesn’t strike me as the type of person who is out there just for the clicks and likes.

Yeah, I think the union thing and the latest nazi salute form exactly the kind of combination Sweden won’t forgive easily. Tesla’s reputation is completely gone.

My guess is, he looked on his desk, saw 3 coke cans, 5 burger wraps, 2 sharpies and 1 diaper. A new trade policy was born that day from such an inspiring sight.

Just the other day I saw a quick street interview on TV. In it, there was a barbershop owner who is also a Trump supporter, and she said that America will endure these difficulties. I got some serious sunk cost fallacy vibes from that interview.

The value of USD is already falling. If China dumps a bunch of cheap dollars into the market, it could deliver the final death blow. I think China might want to wait for the right time to do that. It’s going to be expensive, and you want that sort economic attack to have the best chance of permanently ruining USA.

People can be angry at Trump and that momentum could be utilized by the next candidate. Nah, sounds too elaborate.

You could just form an authoritarian dictator monarchy, and gun down anyone who disagrees. There are many countries that followed this path already.

Now that USA will spiral down to deep depression, it’s going to be much easier to get the people behind whatever plan comes next.

So, how about you build a new empire, invade neighboring countries, commit war crimes left and right, and start exterminating people who don’t fit your arbitrary criteria. Germany did that and everything worked out perfectly.

Well anyway. I’m out of ideas.

Looks more like Russia and USA are in the same trade embargo, while the rest of the world is free to do whatever they want.

My guess: First corporate war and the formation of NUSA that maintains a little bit of control over some parts of the country. The rest will be effectively owned and controlled by various corporations that act more like kingdoms.

When USA isn’t a superpower any more, they can’t project their power on the other side of the world either. In recent decades, they got involved with a bunch of different conflicts around the world, and influenced global geopolitics. I guess those days are permanently behind us now.

Now, it’s up to Russia, China and India to figure out what they want to do with that power vacuum.
