Which is why I said negligence at most, and arguable.
I see you aren’t actually reading what I said, just making assumptions about my position on things, so I’ll go ahead and stop here.

I’m not debating any of that.
That said, the vaccine is not new, she is an adult, and as I said I don’t advocate a murder charge. At most its negligent homicide.
But none of that changes the base facts:
I cannot call her a victim in any way other than the loss of her child.

Vaccination isn’t against mennonite rules, and the mother is an adult.
So I can’t see a scenario where she is the victim (other than the loss of her child, which is the issue of negligience that could be argued).

FYI
Infant had ‘contracted the virus before birth from their mother’, while the country has recorded 2,755 measles cases
It happens to be pretty clear in this case.
Edit: Not saying I would consider it murder. Negligent homicide maybe.

Through the stupidest means possible and devaluing the dollar.
Still dumb.

If someone said “he sure likes wearing pants”, and I said “no, he likes wearing jeans”, that wouldn’t mean jeans aren’t pants, just that jeans are more specific and accurate.

They sure are trying to.

Some highlights:
They explain on their site here.
There is membership/assessed, which goes by each member country’s wealth. There are also voluntary contributions, which comes in a few forms - core, which have no specific requirement on use, strategic donations which have general goals and can be applied to anything in that field/theme, and specified, which go to specific projects or efforts.
There is also a budget portal which details how money is spent.
It is.
Its a shockingly stupid decision. Not surprising considering the administration, but incredibly stupid.
USA created a problem
Which other countries can also create if contributions are altered.
Being aware of the how and why of national politics impacting international politics is a good thing. Suggesting otherwise is just putting blinders on.
… Except what a country does or does not do directly impacts the WHOs functions and financial support, so… Kind of important.

There are many contributors, some substantially more than others, and any of them leaving will have an impact on the efficacy of the WHO.

At the same time, they seem set on weakening the EU from the inside.
I don’t know what the better option is personally, this is purely an outside perspective.
Thats kind of a “yes, and?” sort of statement though.
486 and first gen Pentiums are still supported, though I’d expect not for much longer. But you’re still talking 35 years after release.
